Everything from the Postpartum Lactation Doula Package in addition I will attend your birth to provide emotional and physical support, as well as advocacy if desired. This package has 2 additional prenatal visits to create a birth plan and go over comfort measures. In addition this package has 1 prenatal in home massage with a female LMT. I am on call for your birth 24/7 from 38 weeks on. I will not leave your birth until feeding has been established and will follow up in person again within 36 hours after birth. I am available for text support 24/7 for 14 days after birth, after the first 14 days I am available for text support during business hours until 6 weeks postpartum.

Breastfeeding bestie Package + comprehensive postpartum care including prenatal and postpartum support, with an emphasis on infant feeding. We will work together to prepare for your feeding and postpartum experience. You will receive 1 gift basket full of postpartum recovery essentials. 2 homemade nourishing meals/snacks. There are 8 postpartum support hours which translates to 4-5 in home postpartum visits depending on how you break up the hours. Following your birth, you can rest assured that you will have specialized support coming to help you in the comfort of your home, or via text. Postpartum support includes and is not limited to: feeding, emotional support, self-care time, baby care, baby wearing, sibling care, pet care, light cooking and cleaning, errands, resources and referrals, in addition to Bengkung belly binding and womb massage "
